What are Your Fees?
For Maths coaching my fees begin at £80 per hour.
This is higher than many other tutors and reflects my experience and qualifications. Firstly, I am a fully qualified Maths teacher who taught and managed in schools for ten years.
Secondly, I am a fully qualified professional performance coach who has worked in high pressure situations to deliver results. My track record is exceptional. I now work full-time as a Maths coach and over the years have delivered 20,000+ hours of tutoring. This has been with students from the very best schools in the UK and internationally.
Is Maths Coaching the same as Tutoring?
I look at coaching as a more rigorous and holistic approach when compared to traditional tutoring. Tutoring, for me, implies a sharing of subject knowledge, whereas coaching looks at all elements that contribute to the success of the student. This might include areas such as time management, study skills and goal setting. It certainly involves working with the mindset of the student.
Do You Coach Online?
Yes. I coach in the UK and internationally on the Zoom platform. The only F2F sessions that I deliver are within Stratford Upon Avon
What is the Cost of the Academic Mentoring Program
The basic cost is £100 per hour session. This includes email and text contact through the week. I can customise packages for those who want a more personalised schedule.
What Age Groups Do You Coach?
I coach students who will be taking GCSE, IB or A level exams.
In exceptional circumstances I also work with younger students who might be taking 13+ or Common Entrance exams.
